Excellent Stay With Great Service

I enjoyed the Egyptian cuisine with diverse dishes like Kofta and traditional desserts. The staff was amazing and very helpful (always ready to assist with a smile). The animation team provided fun activities like dancing and archery. I found something enjoyable to do.
I noticed the pool areas had few quiet spots. Too much music and entertainment made relaxation difficult. Salespeople from the spa and other services roamed the pool area. Their presence became annoying at times.

The hotel is located a convenient distance from various attractions and the airport. Travel to and from these places is quick and easy. This accessibility is a plus for exploring the area (making day trips simple).

the hotel room was very clean. housekeeping provided towel art daily. the room included toiletries such as hand wash, lotions, and shower gel. i also liked that bottled water was replenished daily.
the evening entertainment area doubled as an outdoor eating area, so getting a table for the entertainment was difficult.

I found wonderful christmas decorations. Staff made sure every guest felt special. I was happy with the cleanliness of the beach, and its easy access to the calming Red Sea. The christmas dinner was out of this world. Its presentation was really good.
I noticed the pool areas had little quiet spots. There seemed to be too much music playing. The entertainment team was overbearing. Not enough shaded areas were available near the pools.

Our room included a spacious balcony with a view. The bathroom featured dual sinks and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. A daily restock of bottled water was very convenient.

The dining was AMAZING!!! the buffet offered such variety. the mexican and indian restaurants stood out with their flavor. the entertainment was great. The animation team kept things lively and the evening shows were awesome. we will be back for sure!!!
the lack of waiter service at the pool was a minor letdown. getting drinks required a little walk each time.

the room was cleaned every day. the fridge was filled with bottled water (which was definitely needed).
the entertainment program was not good. what was scheduled never happened. there was no music even after it ended early. the animation team was a joke.

Excellent Resort Experience

The room cleaner kept our room very tidy. He created interesting towel art each day. I found the animation team very engaging and available, they made an effort to include everyone in the activities. (Special thanks to Buda, he is a great guy.)
The entertainment program was not consistent with what was advertised. Some scheduled events were changed. There was often no music played after the scheduled entertainment finished.
